The lab teaches into assessment, psychometrics, and research methods at ANU, and runs workshops on measurement and AI for researchers beyond it.
Courses at ANU

Advanced Assessment in Professional Practice PSYC8510
Clinical assessment across three case types: structured diagnostic interviewing, psychopathology test batteries, and cognitive assessment.

Foundations of psychological assessment for professional-entry students.

Small-group research topics, usually on open-source psychometric instruments.

Professional Psychology Research Project
The Master of Professional Psychology research course, where the lab's Masters research teams do their thesis work.
Workshops
The lab runs two to four workshops a year on psychometrics, scale construction, and AI in psychological science, aimed at research students and researchers who want to build and validate their own measures rather than take existing ones on trust. These have run since 2019 and are open beyond the lab.

Research supervision
